What it costs.
We keep a deliberately small practice and work in depth, over time. The fees are high, and we would rather say so plainly here than have you discover it later. They are part of how we protect the work — and the attention each person receives.
Individual psychotherapy
Depth work, weekly or more often. The 50‑minute hour with Yvonne or Matt.

Couples, the two of us
Two clinicians for two people, in a longer 90‑minute session. Taken on selectively, by arrangement.

A first conversation
A short, unhurried call to feel whether this is the right work, and the right people. No charge, no obligation.

We are out of network with insurance. On request we provide monthly superbills you may submit to a PPO plan for partial out‑of‑network reimbursement. A limited number of reduced‑fee hours is held for those for whom this work would otherwise be out of reach — ask, in confidence.
